Shipping policy

 

As a small two-man company, we personally pack every product for you, personally hand it over for shipping or personally deliver it to your home after arrangement. In order to do justice to this effort, we ask for your understanding that we charge the postage costs, which also include the packaging material. We currently do not charge any shipping fees for amounts overCHF 300.

 

Below you will find our further shipping conditions:

Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post in 3-5 working days only to delivery addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein (B-Post shipping).

If you are interested in our products from Germany, France or Austria, please contact us about possible shipping.

Delivery takes place directly to the delivery address and contact person specified by the customer.

If desired, the purchased items can be viewed in our warehouse in Horgen before purchase and picked up in person by appointment without additional shipping costs. Please contact us atcontact@0207lifestyle.ch. 

We charge a shipping fee of CHF 6.90, which is non-refundable. The customer bears the costs for returns.

Home deliveries of bulky goods and items of larger weight and size are made to the first door of the house.

Disposal of packaging materials is not included.
